lcc theatre company

Jennifer Cho

Generation 21
Major: Business Economics and Music History
Why did you join LCC?
Because I’ve always loved to watch theatrical performances and I found myself thinking, if I love it this much, why not try acting myself!

Hobbies & Skills
I love to play violin and piano, write, compose, watch movies and day dream. One of my secret past times is conducting by myself while I listen to orchestral or jazz pieces. And no it doesn’t seem that ridiculous...I think? If we become good enough friends, I’ll do it in front of you and you tell me then :) But my favorite hobby is eating. Food is probably what I am thinking about 80% of my life if the occasional Vivaldi or Bach isn’t on repeat in my head (yes, I’m talking to you Brandenburg No. 3).

If you were to eat one thing for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Any kind of pasta <3

Where are you the most ticklish?
Literally everywhere. It’s quite inconvenient actually. I really shouldn’t have shared that here.

Who would you be and what would you do, if you can be someone else for an hour?
I would want to be Dudamel so that I can be an incredible and enthusiastic conductor while being a person who cares for the children of the world in a way that coincides with my passion! Dudamel was also a part of El Sistema, an organization I really support. During the hour, I’d conduct the LA Phil playing the Coriolan Overture and then in the last 50 or so minutes I would work with underprivileged children in music!

What movie would you like to be trapped in?
Pride and Prejudice so I can marry Mr. Darcy!

What would the autobiographical movie of your life be called and which celebrity will play you?
“Indecisively Appassionato” starring Jamie Chung as me. I mean yeah that title makes no sense but I really needed ‘indecisive’ and a fancy music term in there. But mostly I am totally indecisive about my passions because *tears up* I truly love all that I do!!
